Tampa, Florida

A financial advisor for Tampa business owners, executives, and families.

Integrity Wealth is based in Wesley Chapel, north of Tampa. We work with people whose finances have grown past what one account or one specialist can cover: an owner preparing to sell a company, an executive holding company stock, or a family coordinating tax, estate, and investment decisions.

If you searched for a financial advisor in Tampa, you are probably in the middle of a decision that has real tax consequences. A sale, a vesting schedule, an inheritance, or a move toward retirement tends to bring several advisors into the conversation, and they do not always talk to each other. Our work is to put tax planning, estate planning, and investment decisions in front of the same table so the pieces can be considered together.

Our experience is best suited to households with a net worth of $5 million or greater. If that describes you, or you expect it to after a liquidity event, the sections below explain how we work with Tampa-area clients and what a first conversation looks like.

Who we work with

Three situations where coordinated planning may matter

These are common starting points, described in general terms. Every household is different, and none of this is personalized advice.

A business owner planning a sale

The planning that can affect a sale often happens before an offer arrives. Timing, entity structure, and how proceeds are handled may change the tax picture, and the work usually benefits from a multi-year runway. Outcomes vary and depend on individual circumstances.

An executive with company stock

When a large share of net worth sits in one company, decisions about vesting, exercise timing, and diversification carry both tax and concentration risk. Reducing a position may trigger taxes, and holding it carries the risk of a decline.

A family with $5 million or more

Larger households often have a CPA, an attorney, and an investment manager who each see only part of the picture. Coordinating them may reduce gaps and overlap, though no plan can remove market risk or guarantee a tax result.

Where we meet: Wesley Chapel and virtual

To be direct about location: our only office is at 2211 Ashley Oaks Circle in Wesley Chapel, Florida, in Pasco County north of Tampa. We do not have a Tampa office, and we would rather you know that before you plan your day around a meeting.

Tampa-area clients can meet with us at the Wesley Chapel office or choose virtual consultations and planning sessions, which we also use with clients elsewhere in the country. Whichever format you choose, the relationship is built on regularly scheduled meetings and open communication, so the plan is reviewed as your situation changes rather than only when something goes wrong.

The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are not sure which format suits you, send a message and we will work it out together.

Florida has no state individual income tax. Planning still matters.

According to the Florida Department of Revenue, Florida does not impose a personal income tax on individuals. For Tampa residents, that means wages, retirement withdrawals, and investment gains are not taxed at the state level.

That is only part of the picture. Federal income tax still applies, federal estate and gift tax rules may be relevant for larger estates, and Florida does impose other taxes and business filing requirements. For a business owner, the sale of a company can also involve taxes that depend on how the business is structured. These are the questions we work through alongside your CPA and attorney, and the answers depend on your specific facts.

How the four services fit together

We offer tax planning, estate planning, financial and retirement planning, and exit planning. They are designed to be used together: a tax decision can change an estate plan, and an estate plan can change how investments are held. Each service has its own page with more detail, listed below. Our exit planning service is offered by a Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, for owners preparing for a transition.
