This notice covers this website only. For the disclosures that apply to the advisory relationship itself, including the registered investment adviser’s privacy practices, see the firm disclosures page.

What we collect when you just browse

Nothing that identifies you, unless you allow analytics. Standard web-server request data is processed by our hosting provider to deliver pages and defend against abuse.

Analytics, and how consent works

With your permission we load two measurement tools: Vercel Web Analytics, and our Google Tag Manager container (GTM-W2GV6TC2), which loads Google Analytics 4. They tell us which pages, articles, and videos people find useful. We do not run advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or cross-site profiling on this site.

Nothing non-essential loads until the consent decision allows it. In regions where prior consent is required, that means nothing loads until you accept. Elsewhere the approved default applies and you can switch analytics off at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you have not made an explicit choice, we treat that as a refusal.

Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named iw_consent for 180 days. Change it whenever you like: Cookie Settings. When you refuse, we stop future loads and clear the analytics cookies we know about.

A Google Search Console verification tag is present on every page. It proves we own the domain and does not track visitors, so it is not covered by the consent gate.

The contact form

If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you enter, the investable-asset range you select, your message, the page you sent it from, and the time you sent it. We use it to reply to you and to route your message to the right person. It is delivered to us by email through our email provider.

We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list from the contact form. Sending a message does not create an advisory relationship. Please do not put account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers in the form; call (813) 553-7006 for anything like that.

Embedded video

Video thumbnails load from YouTube’s image service, which does not set cookies. A player only loads after you click it, and at that point YouTube’s own privacy terms apply to the playback. We use the privacy-enhanced embed domain, which limits what YouTube stores until you press play.

Embedded reviews

The More Reviews page shows our client reviews from Wealth Tender. That review page sets Wealth Tender’s own cookies and analytics, so it only loads if you have allowed analytics cookies here, or if you choose to show the reviews. Once it loads, Wealth Tender’s privacy terms apply to it.

Calculators

Everything you type into a calculator on this site stays in your browser. Those figures are not sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing is saved when you leave the page.

Links to other sites

We link to FINRA, SIPC, BrokerCheck, our document portal, and the firm disclosures page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your choices

• Turn analytics on or off at any time from Cookie Settings, in the footer of every page.
• Ask us what we hold from a message you sent, or ask us to delete it. Call (813) 553-7006 or use the contact page.

Changes to this notice

The consent policy version currently in force is 2026-09-10. If we change what this site collects or how consent is handled, we will update this page and the version stamp, and visitors will be asked again.
